Because we're driving from Bailey, work outside the mountain corridor is scheduled in half-day or longer blocks. That keeps the drive from eating your budget and lets us give the job proper attention instead of squeezing it between other calls.

The same math applies in the other direction. We'd happily work a cabin in Fairplay, Breckenridge, Salida or Buena Vista — the constraint is never willingness, it's that a two-hour drive has to be worth someone's money. Bundled into a full day or a defined project, it usually is. Tell us where the property is and we'll be straight with you about whether it pencils.
